Hindi ka pwedeng bigyan ng rebulto na ginawa para sila magpasalamat sa iyo dahil ang reward system ay base sa competition /education system at consumerism/capitalism system kung saan ang mga tao na katulad mo ay binibigyan ng reward para mamotivate ka na gumawa o magtrabaho dahil binigyan mo ng profit ang ibang tao .At dahil ang systema sa Equal Money System ay hindi base sa profit  Ang ginagawa mo ay ginagawa mo dahil mahal mo iyon at taos puso mong ginagawa ito . Gratefulness ang makakamtan mo . Ito ang gugustuhin mo at makakamtan mo ito. Ang fulfillment mo bilang isang tao ay galing  sa mga ginagawa mo para sa iba. Ang gratefulness nila sa pagtanggap nila niyon ay iyong reward at eto ang magiging basehan mo para ka maging fulfilled dito sa buhay.
